Tanggung Jawab
- Process and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently under the supervision of a qualified Pharmacist.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering product queries and offering tailored health and beauty recommendations.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, shelving stock, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system proficiently and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Ensure the pharmacy area is well-organized, clean, and complies with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with regular customers to encourage brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve daily sales targets and store KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Pharmacy/Science (or equivalent) is required.
- Relevant Pharmacy Assistant certification is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility when handling medications.
