In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of our multi-year retail projects. You will be responsible for meticulously tracking project timelines, managing complex approval workflows, and providing critical data-driven insights to our reporting, forecasting, and governance units. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and oversee multi-year retail construction and rollout projects, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines and quality standards.
  • Maintain and update real-time project trackers to provide transparent visibility into project milestones and bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate the internal and external approval processes, acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and governance teams.
  • Prepare and analyze project reports, summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior leadership review.
  • Assist in financial forecasting and resource allocation to ensure retail programs remain on budget and on schedule.
  • Support governance teams by ensuring all project documentation complies with corporate policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project continuity.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or retail operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Project Management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Jira).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration within global or matrixed organizational structures.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
