Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct scheduled visits to retail outlets and convenience stores to promote Wismilak products
- Execute in-store promotional activities including product demonstrations and sampling
- Optimize product displays and shelf positioning to maximize visibility and sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify promotional opportunities
- Track sales performance against targets and report weekly/monthly metrics
- Ensure proper implementation of point-of-sale materials and promotional campaigns
- Provide regular feedback on customer preferences and market conditions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in retail sales, merchandising, or promotional roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits efficiently
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of local retail landscape in Tanjung Jabung Timur
