Are you a passionate, high-energy individual with a love for coffee and premium retail experiences? Oriental Coffee International is expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Retail Promoter to join our team at the MVSK Kiosk and St. Giles locations in Johor Bahru.
As a Promoter, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a premium interaction while discovering our exquisite coffee products. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, has a knack for sales, and is dedicated to providing world-class customer service. Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to introduce and promote Oriental Coffee products at our kiosks.
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Maintain kiosk cleanliness, product display standards, and inventory organization.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Proactively approach walk-in traffic to boost daily sales performance.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute marketing campaigns and seasonal sales initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, food & beverage, or sales is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Malay, or Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus).
- Energetic, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the Oriental Coffee brand.
