Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and provide detailed information to walk-in customers regarding product features and benefits.
- Drive sales and actively promote special offers to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing product display area to maximize visibility.
- Greet customers warmly, answer their inquiries, and assist them in selecting the right products.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy staff to ensure seamless integration of promotional activities into daily operations.
- Keep accurate records of daily sales and promotional performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or promotional activities is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with a diverse range of customers.
- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality with a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
