Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their specific needs and preferences regarding electrical appliances.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain the features, operation, and maintenance of various appliances.
- Recommend suitable products based on the customer's requirements, budget, and lifestyle.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, sales promotions, and pricing policies.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the sales floor and product displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints gracefully, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent; a Diploma in Retail Management or Business is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably with electrical or home appliances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to explain technical product features in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of local dialects is highly advantageous.
- Basic mathematical skills and familiarity with electronic POS systems.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
