- Greet and assist customers with product selection
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives
- Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately

- Stay knowledgeable about current promotions and new products
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in electrical appliances or consumer electronics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
