Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers entering the store, assessing their needs and providing tailored product recommendations for electrical appliances.
- Demonstrate and explain the features, functions, and benefits of various products to ensure customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions, handle payments, and issue receipts efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves, folding displays, and arranging products according to company standards.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent after-sales support and handling inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and store goals.
- Keep up-to-date with new product arrivals, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification in any field.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the electronics or electrical appliances sector, is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with a diverse range of customers.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems quickly and accurately.
- A friendly, approachable, and customer-centric attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required by business needs.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise.
