Tanggung Jawab
- Secure and manage retail accounts across modern trade and general trade channels in Melaka.
- Drive offline sales growth by implementing effective in-store merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Expand distribution network by identifying and onboarding new wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the sales leadership team.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity and identify business expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the retail ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute trade marketing campaigns and brand activations.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, distribution management, or FMCG sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding distribution footprint.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel extensively within Melaka and surrounding regions.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
