We are currently seeking an energetic and personable Retail Sales Assistant to join our growing pack! Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome, greet, and engage with every customer who walks into the store, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for both pets and their owners.
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of pet products including nutrition, toys, accessories, and grooming supplies tailored to each customer's needs.
- Accurately process sales transactions using the POS system, handle cash and card payments, and assist with customer inquiries.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and keeping the retail floor clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and monitoring product levels to ensure availability.
- Care for the well-being of any in-store pets or animals, ensuring their living spaces are clean, comfortable, and meet health standards.
- Build long-term relationships with customers by following up on their needs and sharing knowledge about pet care and training.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve store sales targets and participate in promotional events and workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Genuine passion for pets, especially dogs and cats. Previous experience working with animals or in a pet store is highly advantageous.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers from all walks of life.
- Customer-service oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling multiple tasks and busy periods with a smile.
- Team player who contributes positively to the store culture and supports colleagues when needed.
- Willingness to learn about pet nutrition, behavior, and product features through ongoing training provided by the company.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods, as well as lifting and moving pet supplies and inventory.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on rotating schedules.
