- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure store cleanliness
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Strong sales orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic numeracy skills and proficiency with cash handling
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education
