Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs to recommend suitable products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, products, and inventory to provide accurate information.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively engaging with customers and closing sales.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the POS system, handling cash and card payments accurately.
- Ensure the retail floor is well-stocked, visually appealing, and clean at all times.
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming stock, assisting with inventory counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and high-energy work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent educational qualification.
- Prior experience in retail sales is an advantage, but fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.
- Customer-oriented with a strong passion for sales and service.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems are a plus.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Must be willing to work at our Penang Island location.
