- Warmly greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Actively promote Samsonite's range of luggage, bags, and travel accessories, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the store's overall profitability.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment, ensuring products are well-displayed and shelves are stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments.
- Educate customers on product care, warranty information, and after-sales service.
- Assist in managing inventory, including receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise.
- Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a college diploma is a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably in a premium brand environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers.
- A positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems.
