Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality, personalized service to customers to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations on our product range.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Maintain the visual standards of the showroom, ensuring displays are pristine and inventory is well-stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system while ensuring efficient service.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support with professionalism and patience.
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in home furnishings, luxury goods, or interior lifestyle sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively.
- A customer-first mindset with a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
- Result-oriented individual with a strong desire to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
