Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Maintain store presentation standards through organized displays and cleanliness
- Actively participate in stock inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Adhere to company policies while representing Baba Eco Group Bhd's brand values
- Support promotional campaigns and special store events as required
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays with premium compensation
