As a Retail Sales Assistant, you are the face of Casebang. You will play a pivotal role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers, helping them find the perfect protection and style for their devices. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and engage customers as they enter the store, providing a high level of personalized service.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the best Casebang products for their needs.
- Proactively drive sales and achieve individual and store-wide monthly KPIs.
- Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, including processing payments and handling returns.
- Maintain impeccable store standards, including shelf organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment and monthly stocktakes.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Stay updated on the latest smartphone trends and tech accessory developments to better advise customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher education in any field is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- A passion for tech gadgets, fashion, and the Casebang brand aesthetic.
- Ability to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using POS software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
