- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to shoppers, helping them find products that meet their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems

- Actively participate in visual merchandising to create an attractive shopping environment
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock and conducting regular stock counts

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
