Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers and identifying their unique sports equipment needs.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, including visual merchandising, product displays, and stock organization.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Provide detailed product knowledge regarding features, benefits, and usage of sports gear.
- Manage inventory levels, perform stock counts, and ensure timely replenishment of shelves.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and exchange/return requests professionally.
- Stay up-to-date with current promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to drive sales performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Previous experience in retail, sports, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Passionate about sports, fitness, or active lifestyles.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly motivated to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
