Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations to drive store sales.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in stock-taking activities regularly.
- Assist in opening and closing store operations as required.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure a clean, welcoming shopping environment for all visitors.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level/ITE certification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Must be comfortable working on weekends and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
- Able to commit to a 5-day work week (10:30 am to 8:30 pm shift).
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.
