Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales achievement by meeting/exceeding daily and monthly targets
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Manage store visual merchandising to create an engaging shopping environment
- Assist in inventory management including stock receiving and replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational standards
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on merchandise
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 1 year retail experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in basic POS systems and digital tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proven track record in sales target achievement
- Excellent customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
