Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to shoppers in the Montigo store
- Product knowledge demonstration and effective sales techniques to drive sales
- Manage and maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and display updates
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new merchandise
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with a passion for retail
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
