In this full-time role, you will be the face of our store, guiding customers through their purchasing journey, demonstrating the latest electrical products, and ensuring a seamless retail experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs regarding electrical appliances.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of various electrical products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge, industry trends, and store promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and resolve any issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent; a Diploma in Retail Management or Business is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably with electrical appliances or consumer electronics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to explain technical product features in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in handling cash registers and POS systems.
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage.
