Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assessing needs and recommending the perfect luggage or travel accessory solutions.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and ensure products are displayed attractively according to brand guidelines.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently, handling payments and customer inquiries.
- Proactively update knowledge on product features, materials, and design technology to provide expert advice.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock, replenishing shelves, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support store targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure store cleanliness and organize stockrooms to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury goods, or hospitality is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as per retail requirements.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.
