Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide expert product knowledge regarding Casebang’s tech accessories and gadget collections.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and display organization.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock takes.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in consumer tech and lifestyle trends.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a high-traffic environment like Sunway Pyramid.
