Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product recommendations and information to meet customer needs
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the store clean and organized
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Assist in stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Kualifikasi
- No prior retail experience required; comprehensive training provided
- Minimum O-Level or equivalent education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as needed
