Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the Levels Living brand.
- Provide expert product knowledge and demonstrate furniture features to help customers make informed decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash/card payments.
- Assist in maintaining the showroom's visual merchandising standards and overall cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the logistics team regarding delivery schedules and product assembly.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with interior design concepts or home furnishing trends is a plus.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong passion for helping others.
- Basic computer literacy for POS operations.
