Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service throughout their shopping experience
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of home furnishings products, including materials, construction, and design principles
- Guide customers in selecting appropriate items based on their needs, preferences, and budget
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our retail POS system
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays to enhance the shopping environment
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock, conducting stock counts, and ensuring proper display of merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new collections and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in interior design, retail management, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in home furnishings or similar industry
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer base
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling payments
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining product displays and inventory
- Passion for home design and knowledge of current interior design trends
