Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert product recommendations.
- Drive store sales performance to consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and targets.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock organization.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock takes and replenishment.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail math skills.
