Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Maintain deep knowledge of current electronic products, features, and technical specifications.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure the sales floor is well-maintained, organized, and stocked with the latest merchandise.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Participate in store promotions, inventory stock takes, and merchandising activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and capable of working as part of a dynamic team.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using digital POS tools.
