Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and offering personalized assistance with frame selection and lens options.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that reflects the Saturdays brand standard.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to make informed recommendations to clients.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising displays.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve monthly sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM (O-Level) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or the optical industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Detail-oriented with a high standard of personal presentation.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- A genuine passion for fashion and a customer-first mindset.
