Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized assistance
- Actively drive sales by identifying customer needs and upselling relevant products
- Maintain store presentation standards including merchandising, cleanliness, and inventory management
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and handle payments accurately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in stock replenishment, inventory counts, and loss prevention measures
- Report customer feedback and market trends to management for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic mathematical proficiency for handling cash transactions and inventory
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
