- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their showroom experience
- Product knowledge development and demonstration of furniture features and benefits
- Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that match their needs, preferences, and budget
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Contribute to maintaining an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards
- Stay updated on new product arrivals and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
- Excellent product learning ability and interest in furniture design
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously
