Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Actively drive sales by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary products
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and organized displays
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash and payments
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Report sales performance and customer feedback to store management
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic mathematical aptitude for handling transactions and inventory
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
