- Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Drive sales achievement through upselling, cross-selling, and loyalty program enrollment
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including product displays, signage, and cleanliness
- Conduct inventory management tasks including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and markdowns
- Support loss prevention by adhering to security protocols and monitoring store activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Knowledge of fashion trends and product merchandising principles
- Proficiency in using retail POS systems and digital tools
