- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Achieve sales targets by utilizing effective selling techniques and upselling strategies
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including floor displays, mannequins, and stock organization
- Process POS transactions accurately while handling cash payments and returns
- Contribute to inventory management including stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counts
- Assist with store operations including opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, productive work environment
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic mathematical aptitude for cash handling and sales transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
