Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service through friendly greetings, product recommendations, and issue resolution
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process payments and manage transactions
- Actively promote products and services to achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain store cleanliness, organized displays, and accurate shelf pricing
- Assist with inventory management including stock counting and replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations
- Participate in product knowledge training to stay updated on company offerings
- Contribute to a positive team culture through proactive communication
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn POS systems quickly
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in previous roles
- Positive attitude with genuine enthusiasm for helping customers
