Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with product selection and purchases
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
- Maintain clean and organized store appearance, including restocking shelves
- Product knowledge and demonstration of features and benefits
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to work a 6-day work week
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
