Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and building strong customer relationships? Wismilak is looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, driving sales performance through direct engagement with retail outlets and general trade points.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for executing promotional activities, managing inventory levels, and ensuring our products achieve maximum visibility on the shelves. You will work closely with store managers to optimize sales strategies and meet aggressive monthly targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets, minimarket chains, and general trade points to drive product sales.
- Execute on-ground promotional activities, product sampling, and point-of-sale (POS) activations.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse or suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of merchandise.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store managers and key accounts.
- Report daily sales activities, market feedback, and competitor pricing to the regional sales manager.
- Assist in organizing trade marketing events and regional promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
- Proven experience in retail sales, field sales, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict sales targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is required for field visits.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
