Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with walk-in customers to identify their unique sleep concerns and preferences.
- Provide professional, hands-on demonstrations of our AI-integrated smart bed technology.
- Maintain a deep technical knowledge of product features and benefits compared to traditional bedding.
- Achieve and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Manage the store showroom appearance, ensuring it meets our premium brand standards.
- Process sales transactions, handle inquiries, and manage customer documentation accurately.
- Follow up with potential leads and ensure a high level of post-purchase customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail sales, luxury goods, or consumer electronics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Passionate about wellness, sleep technology, or home innovation.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-managed professional.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
