Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless shopping experience.
- Drive store sales by offering expert fashion advice and styling tips to customers.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage stock replenishment, inventory control, and store housekeeping duties.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and requests with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Passionate about the fashion retail industry and current style trends.
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma qualification or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and proactive personality.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Prior experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.
- Authorized to work in Malaysia.
