Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assessing individual needs and recommending personalized wellness solutions.
- Actively promote LAC brand products, sharing knowledge on health benefits to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and inviting.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system while handling inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and wellness trends to educate customers effectively.
- Support store management in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Foster a positive and welcoming shopping atmosphere that aligns with our global brand identity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or health and wellness industries is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
- Self-motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset and a great attitude.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional dialects is an added advantage.
