Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations
- Drive sales achievement through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Manage inventory operations including stock replenishment and display maintenance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and maintain operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent vocational certification
- 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic numeracy and cash handling proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Valid Malaysian work permit and local residency
