Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist international travelers, delivering personalized and world-class customer service.
- Proactively recommend products, share brand stories, and perform upselling and cross-selling to drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets to maximize monthly commission payouts.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising, ensuring stock is neatly displayed and replenished.
- Efficiently manage POS transactions, handle various currencies, and process tax-free purchases accurately.
- Keep updated on the latest brand promotions, product features, and duty-free regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and store managers to ensure smooth, daily operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred, but passionate newcomers are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage to serve international shoppers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable, and customer-centric personality.
- Comfortable with working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support airport operating hours.
