Important Note: As this is a part-time freelancer position, you are required to stay within the sales hall throughout operating hours to ensure seamless coverage and customer support.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and engage customers warmly, assisting them with product selections and inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves to maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Assist with store maintenance and any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- No prior retail experience is required; training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to staying within the designated area during shifts.
- Basic computer literacy is an advantage for operating POS systems.
