Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations.
- Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating deep knowledge of Coach’s product lines and heritage.
- Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store-wide sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to ensure the store environment is pristine and inviting.
- Assist with stock management, inventory processes, and maintaining store organization.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Strong sense of personal style and a keen interest in current fashion trends.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus to cater to international clientele.
- A proactive team player who is willing to learn and grow within the Coach brand.
