- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations and builds long-term brand loyalty.
- Drive store sales goals through effective product knowledge and proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with the Coach global brand identity.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining operational excellence.
- Act as a brand ambassador, sharing the history and craftsmanship behind Coach collections.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Cultivate a welcoming store environment that reflects our premium positioning.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion brands.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- A genuine passion for fashion, luxury retail, and the Coach brand.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Secondary school education or equivalent; diploma in fashion or retail management is a plus.
