Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized shopping experiences
- Drive sales by achieving individual and team targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Maintain store presentation standards including merchandising, cleanliness, and visual merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash and payment methods securely
- Assist with inventory management including stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during opening/closing procedures
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and brand initiatives to communicate effectively with customers
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 1 year retail/customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
