Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, guiding them to relevant products.
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions efficiently.
- Organize and merchandise the sales floor to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers regarding sports equipment and apparel.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the store complies with all health, safety, and security regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks, including lifting merchandise.
- Willingness to adhere to the dress code: Black long pants or plain dark jeans, covered shoes with socks.
