Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and conduct engaging product demonstrations.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to reflect the Dyson brand standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Dyson product launches, features, and technical specifications.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process transactions efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or electrical appliance sales is preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience in lifestyle technology or high-end electronics are highly welcome.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) is required.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and inventory tracking.
- A valid driving license is an added advantage.
