- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain store presentation standards including visual merchandising and stock organization
- Contribute to sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and customer engagement
- Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and peak-hour coverage
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain brand and product expertise
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centric mindset
- Basic numeracy and cash handling abilities
